Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not typically shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. For shipping inside of the US please allow between 3-10 days for your order to arrive. If more than 45 days have passed please email us at info@illumiSea.com to review the status of your order.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Products that include free shipping are typically send via USPS and received within 3-10 business days.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages/Lost/Stolen

IllumiSea.com is generally not liable for any products damaged/lost/stolen during shipping. The package is insured through the carrier. If you received your order damaged, please contact us at info@illumisea.com or 971-278-2842 before contacting the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

Depending on the shipping option selected, please allow between 7-45 days for your order to arrive. If more than 45 days have passed please email us at info@illumiSea.com to review the status of your order.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

IllumiSea.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Some international shipments, depending on destination, may need to be picked up in person at the local post office.

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
